Who We Are
Antietam Academy has been providing child care services since 1992. Many of our teaching staff has been here for several years. They have dedicated their lives to the education of young children here in the Exeter/Antietam area. All of our professional staff members are committed to providing your child and family with a positive educational experience. We are here to support your family in any way we can.
All staff members adhere to or exceed the state regulations, clearances, trainings and requirements. Each year we set aside time for evaluating, developing, and enhancing our employee’s professional skills.
Our Philosophy
At Antietam Academy we strongly believe in each child's potential and ability. We provide an environment that promotes developmentally appropriate and creative techniques allowing each child’s individual potential to soar!
Through exposure to a variety of experiences focusing on all areas of development (physical, social, cognitive, creative, and emotional), we facilitate the growth and healthy development of each child. Such growth will have an enduring and profound impact on each child’s future endeavors. We follow the Pennsylvania Core Knowledge Competencies Learning Standards for each stage of development.
